I don't think it would succeed as a live action movie because we already have the ideas what they look and sound like, so it'd have to be cgi. If they do make it live action, they'd better dub in the original voices, especially for keyes, johnson, and the chief.

Especially the Chief! I've been thinking about it for quite some time now and I do hope it's not going to be a liveaction. I can't think of a single person who could play Chief and I can't stand the mere thought of having the crew reveal his face in an actual movie. It would destroy everything. And no real person could ever be the Chief. When it comes to musculature, Vin Diesel would do but I absolutely hate that guy. So I put all my hopes in CGI, even more because they'd be able to use all the same voices.

Yeah, I know. I never knew whether to take such delays in various movies as a good or a bad sign. I was looking forward to Preacher movie but that's also delayed.
